Dealer Compliance in GEHC manages the indirect distribution network. The indirect distribution network plays a key role in GEHC's sales and service go to market strategy in several countries around the globe and in particular within EMEA. Dealer Compliance takes part in the selection of dealers, manages the internal approval process and contract issuance as well as trains the dealers on the GE integrity program and constantly ensures compliance within the network through various initiatives. Dealer Compliance is part of the legal and compliance organisation, but is also an integral part of the commercial operations.

We are now looking for a



Dealer Compliance Manager (m/f)



to complement our GEHC Clinical Systems EMEA Dealer Compliance team, working with appr. 400 dealer contracts within the region.



Your tasks:

Develop, coordinate and manage the indirect distribution relationships and agreements for GEHC Clinical Systems EMEA in compliance with GE policies
Implement country-by-country strategy for indirect sales in cooperation with Regional Management
Take the leadership in the implementation and application of the dealer administration process within the indirect sales channel
Work very closely with dealers and respective sales/service teams to ensure compliance within the indirect channel, including due diligence interviews, audits, compliance checks and compliance trainings
Be the motivator and energizer for a strong culture of integrity within GEHC and the distribution network


Your qualifications

Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
Business orientation: Strong experience of commercial operations, including sales and service
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including ability to work across cultures and time zones with GE regional managers, sales & service and other relevant internal functions in various businesses as well as with third-party distributors
Process oriented and precise
Self-directed and ability to complete projects with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask (e.g. manage multiples requests in a timely fashion)
Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues and create solutions
Strong working knowledge of English language (oral and written)
Capacity for audit and investigation
Stress tolerance: Accepting constructive criticism and dealing calmly and effectively with stressful situations. This includes continuing to persevere and remaining calm in challenging or frustrating circumstances
Dependability: being reliable, responsible, dedicated, committed and fulfilling obligations
Adaptable/flexible: being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
Experience with Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet-based tools
Legal degree and/or previous experience of legal/compliance work is a strong asset
